Biography
I own GWR Law, a practice focused on construction and real estate. Prior to re-starting my private practice I was in-house counsel at Kiewit, a construction firm focused on heavy civil construction. Before going in-house I practiced at the law firms Haight Brown & Bonesteel and McInerney & Dillon. My legal practice is focused on complex construction litigation, real estate development, business formation, corporate governance, and risk management.
I have also worked for the California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS), where I analyzed and reported on financial and operational performance. I enjoy teaching and have taught as an adjunct professor for the Los Rios Community College district.
I am a licensed lawyer in both California and Colorado, and am also a licensed real estate broker in California.
