I was assigned to Ruby Bitzer who took on my case. I was the seller who had buyers that 3 days before closing decided to back out of the signed purchase agreement. The one and only contingency was signed off by the Buyers. The Buyers not only backed out but wanted to keep their entire earnest mon...ey deposit.
