Ruby is one of the best attorney’s I’ve ever worked with and I have worked with plenty in my line of work. Even though Ruby has many clients, she always made time for me; she has impeccable time management skills and doesn’t take a break until the job gets done. I came to Ruby with numerous ques...tions about different cases I have been through and she seemed like an expert on all of my subjects; that’s what I mean when I tell you she goes above and beyond the call of duty. If she doesn’t know something she will make sure she goes and finds the answer; that’s how dedicated she is. She is definitely a master of her craft. Ruby always answers my calls and if she doesn’t she calls back in a timely manner. I am never made to feel just like another client or a name and number; she is personable and has great rapport with me. She makes me feel like family. When I have her by my side, I feel like she is fighting for me more than I can fight for myself. I am extremely thankful and grateful for her. I probably would be out thousands of dollars and lost if it wasn’t for Ruby. God bless her.
