Hired him for several cases(multiple D.U.I's, Suspended DL.) Dissmised a case for driving on suspended due to D.A. error or technicality. I'm still unsure due to communication being poor w/ me, never the less appreciative of result! Missed Several court dates, but he did have alternative attorney ste...p-in for the date(Missed Several court dates before his child-birth, sincere Congratulations on his healthy-new born!) Talked bad about me in front of judge, D.A. and me (I'm sure he was unaware I was still sitting there in court at the moment. He did apologize after court though!) Didn't seem highly interested/motivated or looking out for my benefit/best interests! Busy attorney and pricey. He reinstated my bail and is currently helping me out on my caseS!

When slapt with a DUI earlier this year , My life was turned upside down. I had a DUI that was much more serious then your standard "had one too many and was stopped for speeding" DUI. I was looking at major jail time and a whole host of other unacceptable penalties. John didn't lie to me and tell me we were going to get the whole thing dismissed like some other lawyers ...I met with. He told me what was the realistic best case scenario and he got exactly that. He got the vast majority of the charges dismissed, I only had to serve a few weeks on home detention and my license was not taken away for 10 years. John was honest and did what he said he would. I never once got feeling like I was being sold a bag of goods like I have with some other lawyers I had dealt with. I highly recommend John.

When I got my DUI my boss told me I would lose my job if I lost my driver's license. My BAC was only a .08 so I thought I could win the DMV hearing myself. The DMV ruled against me and was about to take my license. I hired John and he was able to get the DA to offer me a hellmandollar waiver and o...verturn the DMV's decision. I plead to a wet reckless but I was able to keep my job and license. I can not recommend Mr. Holbus enough.
