I had a felon in 07 and wanted it gone and expunged basically dropped down to a misdameanor with a plea of not guilty. He was great answered all my questions whenever I had them and gave me his personal line to contact him anytime day or night. After 3 months of waiting for my court date 3 days ago I... went to court and am no longer a felon. Also he saved my brother from getting a very lengthy sentence of around 32 years into about 3 years he is a great lawyer and I highly recommend him. Hired him for several cases(multiple D.U.I's, Suspended DL.) Dissmised a case for driving on suspended due to D.A. error or technicality. When slapt with a DUI earlier this year , My life was turned upside down. I was arrested for a DUI. My blood alcohol was only .01 but they DA refused to dismiss my case because of the (legal) prescription drugs they found in my blood. The trial was a stressful three days, but Mr. Holbus was professional and reassured me the entire time. The jury only deliberated for 30 m...inutes before coming back with a not guilty verdict. I could not recommend John enough to anyone who is looking for an excellent criminal defense attorney.
