John never discussed details of police report..never investigated the facts i presented to him..never updated me about hearings..never provided case file until ordered by BAR due to filed complaint evidence i provided..no contact whatsoever regarding final hearing and sentencing requirements! Caused ...deadlines to not be met and i have had to shuffle thru all and fix for compliance! He stated in our initial contact that my case would be easy compared to the others he currently had..literally exhibited no interest or effort toward my true defense. John was very knowledgable and diligent in going over all the scenarios that could come from my charges. At the time of my arrest the police took several of my firearms into custody. Not only did John get my charges dismissed, but he made sure that my firearms would be returned to me as opposed to be...ing destroyed.

I was arrested for a DUI. My blood alcohol was only .01 but they DA refused to dismiss my case because of the (legal) prescription drugs they found in my blood. The trial was a stressful three days, but Mr. Holbus was professional and reassured me the entire time. The jury only deliberated for 30 m...inutes before coming back with a not guilty verdict. I could not recommend John enough to anyone who is looking for an excellent criminal defense attorney.
