Knowledgeable, experienced, patient attorney.
Arkady worked tirelessly on my case. He always got back to me very quickly, regardless of the time of day. My case was against a Government entity. We would have won, but for the fact that California permits police officers to say false and defamatory things about a person, without any liability.
