Sarah Marie Litchney

Sarah Litchney is the founder of StoneCrest Law Firm, P.C. and is a real estate attorney and Realtor/Broker. 

Ms. Litchney attended the prestigious Cornell University, an Ivy League University, located in upstate New York. During her time at Cornell University Ms. Litchney achieved high marks and was the recipient of many distinguishing awards and scholarships. She was active on campus serving as University ambassador as well as within the Greek community and the associations affiliated with her area of study.

She returned to Northern California to attend law school at the highly regarded and esteemed University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Ms. Litchney obtained a certificate in Intellectual Property, was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was nominated by the Dean and awarded the American Bar Associations Intellectual Property award for academic excellence in Intellectual Property studies. She was active on the campus in organizations affiliated with her area of study, as well as with the law school’s student bar association.

Her law firm places emphasis on the issues that are most relevant in today’s economy including Bankruptcy, Real Estate/Foreclosure including short sale negotiations and buying/selling real estate, Business and Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Estate Planning, and Probate and Trust Administration.

Her experience in real estate and short sales have made her someone who is sought out for interviews and to speak at many events, educational seminars etc. She has been interviewed for many articles by publications such as the Los Angeles Times, BusinessWeek, BBC, Mortgage Banking, Fox 40, Sacramento Parent, Sacramento Business Journal, THE Registry, Style Magazine and others. She has also been voted the #1 Favorite Attorney in the area by Style Magazine readers 7 years in a row!  In addition she was selected to the 2015 California Rising Stars list. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the 225,000 licensed lawyers in California are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.  The Rising Stars designation is reserved solely for attorneys under 40 years of age who are nominated by their peers.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family and being active in the outdoors.
