Dealing with Image Copyrights

After a quick search for IP lawyers in Colorado, I found Peter Lemire. During our consultation, he mapped out a likely plan of action for dealing with my image copyright situation. As this whole process was new to me, he offered advice on what to expect with the timeline as well as potential outcomes.... His advice and plan was clear and concise. I was impressed and immediately decided to hire him. In the end, I can say I was extremely happy with the outcome. Peter worked quickly and efficiently even with a very tight deadline for responding to the other party. He offered updates every step of the way because he knew I was a bit nervous. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an IP attorney in Colorado.

Happy & Relieved

I am very happy that I had Peter Lemire in my corner after receiving a Cease and Desist Notice from another small business. He took care of the response letters in a timely fashion even though he was in the middle of preparing for a deposition. He was upfront with me about the time frame he could w...ork in and met all of my expectations. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who finds themselves needing legal guidance with regards to their business.

Peter C Lemire Legal Review

I was looking for a trademark and patent attorney to overcome some obstacles. The trademark I desired was currently taken by a company in Seattle and was sought after by another company in New York. The first attorney I interviewed had no answer for the situation and advised I give up. After being re...ferred to Peter, during our consultation, we came up with a plan to acquire the trademark and block out the New York based firm. Peter helped me contact, negotiate, and legally acquire the trademark desired and we have had no problems fending off challengers. I am more than satisfied with the service, support, and cost from Peter Lemire. He is easy to talk to, has high working knowledge in his field, and explains legal ramifications clearly.
