Greg was great in helping us buy a condo in the Bay Area from a friend moving out of the area. He was great at communicating with all the various parties, setting a (fast!!) schedule, and keeping us to it! He was great at keeping all the various parts moving, and really listened to our unique situati...on. Because of our history with the property, he was able to help us avoid unnecessary processes, complications and costs. When clerical mistakes were made he was quick to spot them, and helped get them completed correctly. I would certainly hire him again!
