My immigration situation was very complex! In fact I had seen 2 attorneys prior to Hasan who had declined to take my case. On may 2011 after 2 hours discussing possibilities, Hasan agreed to help me. I had a unique occupation for filing for H1B visa. The attorney had informed me in the beginning that it would be a tough case to handle but he would put in his best. As anticipated USCIS challenged my occupation and requested for RFE(Request for Evidence). Hasan first helped me in 2009, i was looking to transfer my H1 visa to a small business from an existing consulting company where i was facing lot of problems, I found new employer who owned a small start up but was ethical in his dealings with good amount of work for me, My H1 transfer was difficult... case and Hasan successfully handled it, i knew for me he was like God sent, time passed and my employer agreed to file my Green card, again a small business hence i knew it was not easy, i trusted Hasan completely and knew whatever best can be done for me as per Laws, Hasan will try.
