I don't think I can put into words how happy and grateful I am to Hasan and his team! I had a difficult case, and I thought I would never be able to get a green card. I was desperate and scared. Hasan has been absolutely amazing during the whole process. He was honest, very attentive, knowledgeable... and professional. I was deported to south east Asia few years ago but I made it back to USA & ultimately won my case with Hasans help. I had a extremely complex case but Hasan guided me & together we had a plan.. It wasn't easy it was hard & scary for me to go through it but I made it back & will be getting my green c...ard in a few months.. I thought I had no chance of even returning to the U.S. I had to make a lot of sacrifices..I was detained for almost 7 months at INS detention facility before I was released I had to go through a grueling interview with asylum officer to establish that I had a credible fear of persecution & during the interview Hasan was on the phone with me. Few months after the interview (while still being detained had to be very patient process while being detained is very slow..I had to stay strong & pray with absolute faith Everyday) results came out & asylum officer established that I had a credible fear of persecution, after that it was just a matter of time until I was going to be released. I've been released since & last September 2015 immigration judge granted my case we had a prosecutor who was real pain in the butt but the IJ ruled on our side & granted me relief. I thought with my past convictions & record that I had no chance of making it back but with Hasans help & guidance I was able to conquer my fears & I was confident enough to go through with it & everything worked out. Hasan is diligent with his work & was always there when I needed him especially In the detention facility when I was so uncertain of the outcome, he also paid me a visit at the detention center in San Diego which provided me a lot of hope & security. Attorney Hasan is an excellent attorney and caring human being. Our family U Visa case is currently being handled under his guidance and he is not like other attorney who won't reply to emails.
