Well, this has been my 3rd H1B that Mr. Hasan Abdullah took care off. I have been his client for past some years. I have to say that Hasan is extremely knowledgeable, very skilled and super friendly attorney. If you are looking for an immigration attorney, I think Hasan is one of the best in the town.... He has helped me in my complicated cases as-well. Hasan is available and flexible when needed; he throws no tantrums whatsoever, which are common in many attorneys. I'm very satisfied with the services Hasan offered to me. He helped me on preparing a petition to change my visa status from J-1 to O-1A. O-1A is a non-immigration visa for an extraordinary inventor/researcher which requires a lot of documents/evidence to convince the USCIS that the applicant is outs...tanding and makes significant contributions to the field. Even though I have strong support from my company and references, it takes me almost a year to collect the required documents. Hasan was always available to instruct me in step by step to collect these documents. Although I did the best I can, I got a RFE from USCIS for the first review round. The RFE is quite long, about 10 pages, in which USCIS asked more information and evidence for things were not clear/strong enough in my application. I was really worry, but Hasan calmed me down and told me that my RFE is not that bad as it sounds. Hasan asked another attorney at his firm to help me in response to the RFE with more documents added on time. Finally, I got the approval from USCIS after 3 weeks from the submission of RFE response. I'm very impressed with Hasan's knowledge and confidence. He knows what he should do and will do for solving any issues/difficulty from my application. I had applied for my H1B processing (under Premium processing) with Shah Peerally Law Group and was working with Hasan and Rabell on this. The team worked really hard and gave one to one attention to my case while preparing the case and submitting the documents. Attorney Hasan is an excellent attorney and caring human being. Our family U Visa case is currently being handled under his guidance and he is not like other attorney who won't reply to emails.
