Tristan Aeschleman helped me with my annulment, which I understand is not extremely common in Santa Clara County. He was able to hire a private judge and court reporter (per my request and I understood the added expense ahead of time). The team was great at keeping me informed throughout the proces...s and sticking with our initial timeline for resolution. Leading up to our court date, he walked me through the process of the annulment hearing, which game me a greater understanding and sense of ease once I had to give my testimony. If it wasn't for Tristan I would still be a in the USA vrs living in my own country with my minor daughter. The day of the judgement I had to return the family car as part of the "deal;" right after court. So that meant no way to get home but Tristan being the gentleman he is, offered me ride home and stood by me with his sleeves rolled up yanking out a difficult car seat and helping me take out my personal belongings that were in my car. I was so grateful for the kind gesture. A few weeks later I was on a plane with my daughter going home. There is no words to describe the feeling of being home in ones own country, surrounded by family, and friends, who are supporting me through a divorce. If you take the tile of "Lawyer" away and just look at the man, his character as a person is one of kindness, strength, determination, loyalty, and a strong desire to stand for social justice. Also Tristan has a excellent understanding of dealing with international laws, and the legal ramifications when trying to return to your country with minor children.
