Immigrating to any country is a significant life-changing step; immigrating to the United States is even more so. As one attempts to mitigate their personal situation while making sense of legalese, it is important that a wise counsel is present to help guide in such conflicting and vulnerable time-periods. However, it is equally important that the wise counsel - an immigration lawyer, one chooses to pay attention to, have the necessary understanding, intelligence, empathy, and patience, that is absolutely sufficient for the variabilities of a particular immigration case. In Ritu, I found that wise counsel for my case. While no two immigration cases are alike, if you give her your time, she’d help find an agreeable resolution to your case.

Ritu is an excellent immigration lawyer. She is very prompt in answering/addressing her clients' questions/concerns. Needless to say that she is very good at responding to phone calls and emails. We had a very pleasant experience working with Ritu despite the USCIS delays which the attorney or the cl...ients have no control over. She puts so much effort into creating the document packets that get filed/submitted, that, it really shows and helps the case so much. This really really told me that Ritu is very experienced in what she's doing and she knows how to make her cases standout from the crowd (in a positive way). She is pretty easy to work with because she understands her clients and their needs so well. Any immigration case calls for a lot of efforts from the clients themselves and the attorney. We were very prompt in submitting whatever documents, proofs was asked of us to her and we heard personally from her that that helped her a lot. Ritu has an amazing work ethic and I highly recommend her to anyone.

She helped us with my green card application in 2011. My husband hired a lawyer, who basically did not care about my case and we were invited for a second, aka Fraud Interview. Before the Fraud Interview, I fired the first attorney and hired Ritu. She was with us at the second interview, and everythi...ng went well. Our case got approved on the same day!She listens, cares, detail oriented, and respects her clients. It is huge!That time we worked together her assistant was Cat, who also an Angel. When you go in her office, you feel that she is dedicated and laser focused. She answers all your questions straight. Thank you Ritu again!!

I don't know where I would be if it wasn't for the guidance, love and support of Ritu. Ritu's practice in regards to Holistic approach is true to its word. She does not just see you as a case, a source of income, etc. She sees you as a human being, who is in need of guidance to take you to the path t...o freedom. If it wasn't for Ritu, I do not think I could get my removal of conditions approved and I'd continue to be stressed out had I done it myself or gone thru another lawyers. Other lawyers would either charge me more, not be as thorough and helpful as Ritu. Ritu was also very accommodating if here, it seems as if too accommodating to where clients took advantage of her kindness. I was guilty of that sometimes, and thankfully I was able to repair any misunderstanding with Ritu. I hope and pray there would be more lawyers such as Ritu in this world, she definitely gives lawyers a better name/reputation. She's not a 10 star lawyer, a minimum A million star! :)
