I won the case finally.

My divorce property division case should have been very simple, because there were no child custody issues or alimony issues. There was only real estate and marital income that needed to be divided. But the lawsuit began in 2012 and did not end until this year (2024). Of course, this was delayed for ...more than three years due to the COVID-19 epidemic. I initially found two lawyers, but other than making a promise and taking away the legal fees, no substantial progress was made at all. Moreover, the first lawyer charged $1,500 from my credit card without my knowledge, so I had to fire him. During a court hearing in 2017, the other party’s lawyer suddenly made a false statement and misled the judge into awarding the property that I deserved to the other party. The reason why it is said that the other party's lawyer made a falsification is because the other party's lawyer once sent me a fax, which clearly stated the down payment I had paid when purchasing this property. However, during this trial, the evidence was concealed from the judge by the other party's lawyer, causing me financial losses. At the end of the hearing, I was told that the case was over and all that remained was to enforce the verdict. I had no choice but to find a lawyer to seek a Set Aside. Fortunately, this time I found Mr. John Perrott. Under his guidance, we used the law as a weapon to force the other party to submit step by step. During this period, the other party and the other party's lawyer used various excuses to delay the case, such as business trips, illness, father's death, etc. In short, they just wanted to use this method to avoid compensation to me. However, with the help of Mr. Perrott, the court finally accepted my set aside, and I finally got my property back. Here, I must emphasize that Mr. Perrott is an exceptional lawyer: honest, dedicated, with a profound understanding of the law, and committed to abiding by it.
