Satisfied

Before hiring Gina my case was never getting anywhere, and it has been 6 years going through my divorce, once i hired Gina within 8 months my divorced was finalized. She is extremely organized, a hard worker and always has the best advice for you and knows what is needed to do to move your case forwa...rd!

I Could Not Have Asked For Better Representation

After a long 2-year divorce process, I regularly found myself very thankful I came across Gina Policastri of Lonich & Patton. There is so much I can say regarding how incredibly professional and caring Gina was throughout my often frustrating process, but I will keep it short by saying you should tr...y to retain Gina to be your attorney if at all possible. Divorces are very hard on you, and the right attorney will help ease a lot of the frustrations. I would also like to commend the entire staff at Lonich & Patton for their great work on my move-away case with a child, which I won through trial. I could not have asked for better representation.

Special Needs Child Support/Spousal Support Case

Gina is excellent. I have a very complicated case with a very hard to work with ex (to put it nicely). She listens to my input, she explains everything in plain language. She tells you the pro's and con's and what you can expect. She also tells you exactly what your fees are going to be and how to ke...ep them down. My case was a modification of spousal support and a very unusual case of adult child support for a disabled child. In addition, the opposing attorney was unfamiliar with many aspects and yet Gina kept everything on a smooth keel. I received regular updates, I was copied on everything and never felt like I was out of the loop. She was always available if I had to clarify something and if we had a question about how something should be handled, she really listened to me and we adjusted. I had worked with another attorney before who basically just told me what to do and I let her do it. Not Gina, at all times I was aware that this was MY case and I was in charge. Her advice was excellent and she always kept my budget in mind, telling me what was worth the money and what wasn't. If I asked for something (things came up that changed the scope), she would tell me about how much it would cost so I could make a decision on whether or not it was worth it. In addition, the other attorneys and staff are excellent. Jillian especially is excellent at the financial work. I especially liked that they didn't make decisions FOR me, they made them WITH me. They would send over papers for me to review before they were submitted. They responded quickly to my emails and calls. In two words, PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT. I am so pleased I'm going to keep them on retainer after this is done just in case I have to deal with my ex in the future. (Unfortunately, I'm sure I will--but not because Gina and her staff didn't do their job--some people just never move on.)

Excellent and trustworthy lawyer

I am so grateful to have found Gina Policastri to represent me in my divorce and custody case. I always felt very well represented; I felt that I had a team of very knowledgeable experts on my side and to have that kind of support through a difficult process was absolutely priceless to me. Gina would... present options to me in a very realistic manner- detailing both the pros and cons of various strategies, and she always let me guide the decisions rather than pushing an agenda. I truly felt that Gina and the rest of the staff were advocating for my interests and I felt totally comfortable (in fact relieved!) to have Gina represent me for legal matters rather than trying to maneuver through things on my own. I am glad the process is over for me but I would definitely return to Gina if I had any other legal issues.
