Top Notch Attorney

In 2009, I was about to embark upon a divorce and needed an attorney. I was referred to David by a friend of mine, for whom David was handling a criminal case. When meeting with David, he clearly outlined my options for getting a divorce, including cost-effective mediation. My ex-husband and I eve...ntually decided to go the mediation route and hired David. David provided us an upfront retainer fee which was spot on to what was actually used. This was hugely important to us as we were on a tight budget. I also appreciated David's candor throughout the process. When my ex and I were squabbling over various items, David would step in to help us see the bigger picture to come to a quick decision. David was always easily accessible throughout the process, via phone and email. We never worried about the status of things, as he proactively provided that to us. And, David has an excellent demeanor, which made a stressful and not-so-happy process much easier to deal with. I highly recommend David for any family law matters. You will get an honest, extremely knowledgeable, and easy-to-work with lawyer that can be trusted to handle your toughest circumstances.

I am writing this review because of David's excellent dedication, proficiency, honesty and care in getting me the maximum benefit. David first explained to me what legal remedy was available to me. He then proceeded to lay out for me what I needed to do (which was very little . His judgment an...d understanding of what needed to be done was excellent. He never promised me something he could not deliver. David'sco knowledge and understanding of the courts was incredible. During my interaction with the court a problem with the courts decision, It seemed extremely unfair. David stopped and took the time to educate me as well as address the Court position. David handled a very difficult situation the effectiveness well beyond his years. I cannot recommend David strongly enough, to anybody who needs quality ethical and honest legal representation you will not be disappointed.

Professional Counsel

Mr. Luca explained the difficult legal process in a very easy to understand manner, and the sequence of events that needed to occur. He was very professional in handling the case and followed through with the counsel provided.

Referred by many!

I had relatives refer David and his father to me. I made an appt. to see David, after the meeting I walked away with a clear outline of the fees and services that would be provided. He knew of the prosecuting atty. who would be handling my case as well. I had another family case to attend and could... not engage him at the time. David walked me through the procedures to protect my rights and prepare for the follow up court dates where he would be representing me. David also reviewed my responses for the prior date so he could cross the T's and dot the I's. He has been a very competant atty. He has responded via text, timely to my emails. I feel very comfortable, he does what he sais and I don't feel like I'm out in the cold.

David Luca, has represented myself and friends for the past 5 years. He has been very knowledgable, and proffessional with all my court appearances, and has gotten me the very best results out of a bad situation. I highly reccomend David Luca, and the Luca Law firm.
