David was incredibly efficient and knowledge about both cases. He always conducted himself in a very professional manner and I feel everything was explained thoroughly and done in my best interest.

Simply Amazing

David is simply amazing. He is currently working with me on finalizing my divorce and all custody issues. He is very personable, easy to talk to and always, ALWAYS, prompt at getting back to me whenever there is an issue. He has looked out for my best interest throughout this entire process. ...He understands the issues and is a master at the art of negotiation to get things done. Honestly, there are no real winners in a divorce, especially when there are children involved, but David had worked hard to get what was best and fair for my children and I. I highly recommend David!

Honest & Helpful

I had an issue with CA traffic law and I live in CT. Mr. Luca gave me advice and obtained records + further advice. I was very impressed that he offered these preliminary services without taking any payment. He was a very down to earth and informative guy. Thank you Mr. Luca.

My Excellent Lawyer - I always say "David is the Man"... and he truly is...

In 2005, David Luca handled my divorce and business settlement. David's first case - and in litigation nearly 5 yrs (while the Ex and his Lawyer dragged it on) it was a huge relief to have David on my side. A true Professional, yet a genuine concern for me.... The tragedy of my failed 25 yr marr...iage - David listened to every emotional word I said with compassion and took the time to help me understand all of my options. Thanks to him, I was awarded a more than fair alimony and business settlement... Divorce was final in 2009, however, to this day I can STILL count on an immediate response from David by email, callback or office visit... How did I get so lucky? Luca Law... I'm eternally grateful.

My name is Jason Hayes and David Luca represented me in my divorce

David and I went through it with my soon to be ex wife and her legal team. We had many issues in the process, non of which I feel were either his or my fault. The ex's attorneys were not easy to work with and David kept me calm (best he could) and assured me everything will get done, and done right.... I don't know anyone that is close to me that has ever been through a divorce, so I went into this not knowing anything about the process. David was excellent in explaining and keeping me up to date on what was going on. I know it is never easy to do business with anyone when one side doesn't cooperate, and I think that was the most frustrating part of this whole experience for me. Once again that was not David's fault. One thing I truly appreciated was that I always felt like I was talking to an attorney who generally cared about my well-being. One problem I had is I watch quite a few movies; however, my initial outlook on "LAWYERS" has change since working with David.
