Best Lawyer, don't go anywhere else!

Mr. Luca's expertise, knowledge and understanding of the California law made my divorce case go smoothly and the outcome we hoped for. He was clear on setting expectations early on, during the consultation, of how the case will go and his dedication in getting it done allowed us to come to the judgem...ent we hoped for. Do not waste your money on any other lawyers in the bay area, Mr. Luca is the right choice and should be your only choice.

Brightest lawyer in Santa Clara County

Before I hired David, divorce was the most stressful thing I had every been involved with and I think many will agree with me. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. David understands the law, many times informing the judge on current law in my case. He is very organized and remem...bered facts about my case that I had forgotten about, and knew how to use the information I told him to my advantage, I didn't have to think or try to strategize, he was always two steps ahead. David was also very willing to try to mediate and strike a deal, in order to try to avoid going to trial. But if you go to trial, he's the one you want in your corner. I did go to trial and in the end my ex despised David more than me. David was worth every dollar spent and didn't waste my money with unnecessary actions.

Fantastic

We worked with David for a child custody case. From the initial consultation, David showed nothing but care and concern for us and our case. He is absolutely attentive and extremely timely when it comes to emails and returning phone calls. The courtroom is where he really shines! He is educated and a...rticulate and really "shows up". He also has great rapport with the officials at the courthouse which makes a big impact. Most importantly, he got the job done! We also had a lot help from Tauni. She is extremely professional, friendly and in the know when it came to our case. She was phenomenal as well. If you're looking for an attorney and a team that cares for you, as well as your bottom line, this is it. We would use David for any legal issue/advice we have going forward. Thank you again David!

David was outstanding, very professional and efficient in all the documents he needed in order to fulfill our legal matter. David has exceptional knowledge about the legal system and is great to work with! Highly recommend!

Professional-to the point

He is extremely professional, educated and gets the job done. He and his team follow up with you accordingly and respond within minutes when asked a question. He handles my family law case and with him I got the support/alimony and custody that I asked for due to his expertise. (My ex and his lawye...r did NOT make it easy-mind you) He is highly knowledgeable and am confident when he represents me. I highly recommend him for all your needs.
