Debt Collection, forcing order, contempt to defendant

Jonh Frederick is the most professional lawyer in avvo.com I god stuck with debt collection and email a question on the avva web, got all the same responses , go and find a lawyer. Stupid answer, avvo should not allowed to post that. John did not count his time, money, He did answer on all my quest...ions. Beside his respond, another attorneys responds got me confused. I decide to call directly to John. Almost one hours, he even never stated, that he give me all lots info and I have to pay for next time,or he has to go no anymore time to talk, he listened my problem. He did explained step by step my choice and what is my rights in this situation, never interrupted me, OMG, excellent excellent attorney and his assistant. John, I wish you the best , thank you for all your help and gaudiness. That kind of lawyers the USA should have in. SUPER JOB, at least I know what to do next!! Thank you John!

If You Want To Be Put At Ease Call Attorney Bradley

What a terrific caring, thoughtful lawyer! I had an issue dealing with a vexatious litigant and what I really needed was help predicting the person’s next move. I reached out to John Bradley, Jr. who responded immediately and I can see why he was graduated Magna Cum Laude from law school. Attorne...y Bradley suggested a possible course of action, and suggested the code sections that I might want to consider. In short, Mr. Bradley saved me about a half day’s work but more importantly he gave me some sage common sense advice with respect to dealing with vexatious litigants. What a nice, thorough thoughtful attorney. Thanks John!

Gave me good advice on how to file a bank levy on my defendant in my small claims case.

Excellent advise

John helped answer questions regarding wage garnishment writs being filed by collection agency/law firm after I satisfied my judgement. He presented multiple scenarios based on the information I provided him and guided me to take a few steps that might resolve the issue. He was very knowledgeable and... confident based on his experience with such cases.

Answered my legal question pronto!

I asked a question on the Avvo site and Mr. Bradley was one of two attorneys who responded. He responded quickly, the same day, and gave good, helpful advice.
