Seriously - Kirk Elliott - this man saved my life. From day 1; didn't treat me like a number on his to-do list and he was genuinely worried for my well-being; he was always on time and had always had time for me with any task at hand, big or small. I never knew him until after hiring him - but he tre...ated me like family from day 1 - he really cares, and I think that is the most important attribute he has outside of really knowing his stuff!! Kirk managed to get 6 felonies exchanged for 1 "wobbler" felony that is going to become a misdemeanor once I am done with my EMP. Kirk had me go from several years prison time to 4.5 months house arrest - the man is AMAZING!! Seriously, not just a great lawyer but a great down to earth person too - we still keep in touch about surfing or grabbing a beer when in town. Kirk Elliott handled both my speeding tickets and got me a favorable outcome for both tickets. One was reduced to failure to obey a posted sign (no points on record) and the other was dismissed outright after one court appearance.
