I hired Kirk to deal with a felony charge for a fake ID, a misdemeanor for reckless driving, and an infraction for marijuana possession. I thought I was going to receive very severe punishment, but thanks to Mr. Elliott, he fixed my problems. Throughout the process he made sure I knew exactly what... was going on. He kept me very well informed about my case and I really valued that. I expected my case to go on for quite a while but my case was settled in about three months and I can thank Mr. Elliott for that. He put in some serious time and effort to ensure I received the lowest penalty that I could face, and by the conclusion on the trial I owed a mere $70 in fines and had one point added to my license. Considering what my original charges were I can count myself pretty lucky and without an amazing lawyer like Kirk I would have never been able to do so well with my case.
