Dennis Alan Lempert

I contacted Mr. Lempert to seek legal advice for a recent misdemeanor-level complaint I was facing in the Bay Area. I met with Dennis, and he assured me that he would take care of my case and "make it go away." After charging me $1500, Dennis not only neglected to follow through with the District... attorney and the police facility to check on the status as he assured me he would, but he totally forgot about my case. Every time I called Dennis, he was completely confused about a) who I was and b) the status of my case. It turns out that the case was dismissed around the time I first sought consultation, but the notice took a couple of weeks to reach me in the mail. The case was dismissed based on local policy to not charge people in minor alcohol-related offenses for their first offense. Dennis, an ostensible long-term practicing attorney who worked with the DA at some point totally neglected to tell me of this policy which someone of his standing ought to know. This means that that he took my money knowing that he would have to do no work for the case. In the end, I am $1500 short and Dennis is completely obstinate in granting me a refund.

I was recently arrested and charged with two serious misdemeanors. I did not tell Mr. Lempert as frankly i was initially intimidated by him. I will not waste time here as my review is for your informartion and use if you are in trouble and need the most competent attorney on the planet. Dennis Le...mpert is your man. This man cares, is extremly able, competent, has a spine and backs down from nobody, judges, attorneys,etc. Additionally he cares , anyone who has practiced for as long as he has and still has passion for his profession and trust me I do mean PASSION. I was unbelievably impressed with his knowledge, and straightford approach. I had to retain counsel to defend me and I thank the Lord of Lords I found this man. As a former probation officerI have met and worked with thousands of attornies over my career most of whom do not care, all they want is a fat check. Not Mr. Lempert. I could shower him and his caring staff with accolades all day. I simply want those in trouble to know Mr. Lempert is without doubt their best and most formidable ally. RETAIN THIS MAN AS YOUR COUNSELOR, HE IS TENACIOUS, UNBELIEVABLY KNOWLEDGEABLE, CAPABLE AND IN THE END WILL BE A FRIEND. HE TELLS IT LIKE IT IS. Choosing Mr. Lempert is a no brainer......If you are in trouble call him, trust himm and know you are in my opinion the best possible hands imaginable. All my due respect and thanks for Mr. Lempert and his caring and calming office manager and associate Nicole. He is the best and knows more about the penal code than any counselor I have ever met.
