Dennis Alan Lempert

I contacted Mr. Lempert to seek legal advice for a recent misdemeanor-level complaint I was facing in the Bay Area. I met with Dennis, and he assured me that he would take care of my case and "make it go away." After charging me $1500, Dennis not only neglected to follow through with the District... attorney and the police facility to check on the status as he assured me he would, but he totally forgot about my case. Every time I called Dennis, he was completely confused about a) who I was and b) the status of my case. It turns out that the case was dismissed around the time I first sought consultation, but the notice took a couple of weeks to reach me in the mail. The case was dismissed based on local policy to not charge people in minor alcohol-related offenses for their first offense. Dennis, an ostensible long-term practicing attorney who worked with the DA at some point totally neglected to tell me of this policy which someone of his standing ought to know. This means that that he took my money knowing that he would have to do no work for the case. In the end, I am $1500 short and Dennis is completely obstinate in granting me a refund.

It is rare or may be impossible to find an attorney who is capable and knowledgeable with professional conduct, kind and sympathetic for the situation, and most of all delivers the results we hope for. My wife and I were blessed to find such attorney, DENNIS ALAN LEMPERT. In our case we had no room... that we can be misunderstood by law. In our opinion it was greater than "Life and Death" situation, where the belief and pride of being a good human was on trial. We visited two other attorneys prior to we visited Mr. Lempert. Mr. Lempert had enough patience to let us explain the situation and our worries. First he calms us down and assured us that he will help us and nothing wrong will happen to us. Further he showed us what law can damage us the most and the chances of losing the case which is slim to none. Mr. Lempert told us don't worry so much, go home and enjoy life, and let him do what he is good at (law). I further asked him that what the possibility to have the case can be dropped before it goes to court, since it means a lots to us and also it is total misunderstanding. Mr. Lempert said he will try and in a few weeks, prior to the first court date, the case was dropped. What more anyone can ask! It is impossible to imagine for other than my wife and me that how much it means to us. There is no word to express our gratitude to Mr. Lempert. Mr. Lampert is capable, knowledgeable attorney with professional conduct as well as kind with sympathetic approach. Unheard but true! In-the-event I need attorney in his line of law practice (God willing it will never happen) I will certainly seek his help. I would recommend him highly.

When I first spoke to Mr. Lempert’s secretary, Sandy put him in touch with me right away. I told her I spoke to others but seem they didn't want to listen or take my case for my daughter who was going to be charge as a felony case. The other lawyers I had talk to gave me bad communication and result...s. Then when Mr. Lempert calls me back with in 5 minutes he let me explain the situation and what help that I needed. He didn't stop me from talking and listen to every word I had to say. He then replies I can help you. I went to his office and saw him that same day. When I met him he gave me a brief overview of his background with many, many years of experience. I told him it was going to be a scary one and never had to be in this type of situation. I was scared and explain to him about my daughter and how this serious the charges were. I gave him the best of information he needed to start her case. He started the same day and continued on. He saw her at the correction facility and he received more information from her. Mr. Lempert always kept in good contact. He works very efficient, Professionalism in his line of work. He is very intelligent on knowing the law. I am glad we pick Mr. Lempert, he reminds me of Mr. Perry Mason from the TV classic movies, where he doesn’t just stop he keeps going to make sure his clients get a fair hearing. We had several court dates to go to and he was there and ready to defend her case. Now she is going to have a clean record and can go on to have a happy life. When he gets the job done, he does!!. My family our grateful to him for being there to see our daughter pull through this situation. Without Mr. Lempert’s help and concern and caring, our daughter might have not gotten a fair hearing. May our lord heavenly father watch over Mr. Lempert and keep giving you all the strength, knowledge and wisdom to help others like you did for our daughter.
