excellent experienced real estate laeyer

I hired James Eschen of Santa Cruz, CA to author some legal real estate related documents. This lawyer is extremely knowledgable. He knew the answers to my questions before I even asked. Very experienced. He drafted my documents at a very reasonable price, and he did not even charge for the extra tim...e he spent on my questions. He is a really honest, knowedgable, and experienced real estate lawyer.

Knowledge around my convuluted situation, and kind for responding.

James' response to a prior email was the closest answer I've seen in researching case law for 25 hours. He was kind to offer an email responding to more details when I wrote to him.

Mr. Eschen= EXCELLENCE! We recommend him!

Mr. Eschen III is an EXCELLENT attorney, we will ask for his assistance again! He answered our questions promptly, professional and overall gave us AWESOME service!! My wife and I were very impressed by his service! We are very pleased we found AVVO and Mr. Eschen. We had seen another website, ...it was not very good. This site, AVVO is fantastic. Ask Mr. Eschen with your legal concerns, he'll be on top of it!

Excellent representation on a difficult case

Jake Eschen did an excellent job of putting together and presenting the pieces of a difficult case. He explained the process and legal context, which we needed due to our inexperience with this type of proceeding. When it became clear the case was not going to be settled out of court, he suggested ...bringing in an expert witness, who very credibly established the value of the disputed property at the time of agreements made more than 30 years ago. That unbiased testimony was an important piece of evidence in support of our position. Jake also did the necessary legal research to successfully counter the opponent's arguments. On top of all that he is a man of high integrity, and makes efficient use of billable time.
