I highly recommend Ashley Wheelock. She is thorough and objective, which are great traits in an attorney. She is also very personable, and I felt supported throughout the dispute she settled for me. I am a small business owner, and I worked with Ashley, and I am very likely to work with her again for future legal needs.

Ashley jumped in and helped me on a personal injury case where my prior counsel had dropped the ball. Ashley was not afraid to take the case even though trial less than two months away. She immediately got things done, took a deposition and engaged in discovery, and ultimately moved the case forward to secure resolution. Now I can finally move on with my life. I am so pleased with Ashley's responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to advance the ball. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a litigator.

Ashley Wheelock is exactly the lawyer for the modern age--accessible, flexible, thoughtful, level-headed, and focused on settling your case as effectively as possible--i.e., not churning billable hours. A wise mediator/ex-judge told me that “litigation is fighting over the past.” And it’s an expensive fight as those that have been through it know all too well. Ashley seeks the best “litigation-lite” approach in her dealings--like the case I hired her to defend me in.
Ashley’s youth should not be seen as a detriment...on the contrary, she is very “wired” and uses technology like we wish all lawyers would. She responds to emails and texts within minutes (unless she is in court or at a kid function). One time, I was sitting with by buddy having dinner on a Friday evening, and around 7:30, we had a question about contracts. I texted Ashley, and, voila! She responded before I could finish my soup! She’s like having an “on-demand” attorney!
She also is flexible on her billing (hope she doesn’t mind me saying this) to accommodate a range of folks that have a need for real justice accessible only through an experience attorney.
Please feel free to contact me if you want to know more about my experiences with Ashley (I retained her on two cases but she answers lots of questions on my other “brewing” legal matters.
