I am a devoted family law attorney, a mother, and wife. I offer personalized service, and sensitivity to my clients' goals and needs both financial and personal.
I amactively involved in all of my clients' cases from inception through resolution. I work with clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area to produce solutions to fit each client's unique situation, whether facing issues involving prenuptial agreements, dissolution (divorce), custody and visitation, child and spousal support, paternity matters, or same sex partner cohabitation and dissolution.
I understand that marital contracts (pre-and post-nuptial agreements), divorce, child custody, as well as all other family law matters can be very complicated, tenuous and emotionally charged. It is my goal to alleviate as much stress and confusion as possible in guiding my clients through this process.
In order to effectuate these objectives I take the necessary time to ascertain my clients' priorities and devise legal strategies to achieve these goals. I will also carefully explain the realities and intricacies of the California legal system in order to ensure clients have an accurate view of their situation and understand each step in the chosen action or process.
I believe that a comprehensive negotiated settlement is usually the most economical and streamlined path. However, when a client's interests are best served in court, I provide aggressive and effective representation in court.
