I would highly recommend Jody Santiago to anybody that has an Immigration matter on their hands no matter how challenging or simple your case may be. Jody took on my fairly complicated Green Card Abandonment case , in which most of the 5 other lawyers I consulted with were not nearly as optimistic and helpful as Jody Santiago.
When we first had our consultation , I could tell she had that motivation, and stamina to go the extra mile to win our case, as we did!
My gratitude and appreciation for all the work that Jody Santiago put towards winning back my Green Card is infinite.
Many blessings and respect to you Jody!

Jody represented my husband at his deportation proceedings. She was able to get him cancellation of removal- despite his numerous convictions. She handed the case as though it was her own. She was very easy to reach and even visited my husband in Deportation Detention. Thanks to her, my kids have there dad back and we are reunited as a family.

Jody filed the removal of conditions for my green card and filed my naturalization application. She was really easy to work with and made the process easy for me. She is hard working and honest, and I would recommend her to anyone.
