Fast, Effective, Skilled -- Highly Recommended

I hired Anthony Sperber to represent me in an employment dispute involving serious misconduct by a former employer. Anthony acted with urgency and precision from day one, filing for arbitration immediately and walking me through the entire process with professionalism and clarity. He was able to s...ecure a fast arbitration date, which quickly led to mediation. Thanks to his strategic and confident handling of the mediation, I was able to reach a settlement under satisfactory terms on the same day. After years of deadlock with a previous attorney, Anthony resolved my case swiftly and with a great outcome. Anthony is a highly skilled and effective advocate. The Best Lawyer Around!

My case was unusual as it involved serious defamation by a previous employer. I searched high and low to find a lawyer who was specialized enough in this niche area of law to take my case, and was fortunate enough to find Anthony. Over the nearly two years he worked on my case, there was no question ...I had that he left unanswered, every email and phone call were promptly replied to, but almost more importantly, he displayed a heartfelt compassion and understanding of the impact my case had made on my life and did everything he could to fight for me. Anthony made a point of explaining convoluted legal theory in such a way to make my case easier for me to understand and able to make an informed decision at the time of settlement. He is sharp as a tack and only ever inspired confidence that I had found the right attorney for the job. He gets an extra 10 bonus points in my book for having a good sense of humor and being easy to talk to as well. Highly recommend.

Capable, Kind, Flexible, and Efficient

Mr. Sperber helped me navigate complex employer-labor laws and contracts after a VC funded SaaS (tech) job ended. While the law and contracts were ironclad, and the tech company was ruthlessly aggressive, so I ultimately had to agree to the tech company's terms, Mr. Sperber was remarkable for being k...ind and patient in helping me understand my options, and humored me in attempting to negotiate. I don't fault him at all for the outcome, this was a situation with zero wriggle room. The difference between Mr. Sperber and other local employer-labor lawyers, was that the other lawyers would give short cut and dry answers and weren't willing to attempt a long shot, while Mr. Sperber was patient, helped me understand the situation, and humored me. When a job ends, this kind of caring can be important, so that you as a client feel that you thoroughly tried to get the best outcome so you can move forward without doubt, and come away understanding the law better to protect yourself before future situations. Mr. Sperber's manner is also kindly reassuring in tense legal situations where it feels like stronger adversaries are both rude and have the upper hand. In short, I trust him more.

Great Attorney, Attentive and Helpful!

Anthony was very helpful in assisting me with a wage dispute. He helped me to successfully resolve the dispute with a large, publicly traded company. I was impressed with the amount of time he spent with me during the process. I highly recommend Anthony’s services!

Winning Combination of Experienced Legal Intelligence and Honest Logic

Anthony energetically took on, and brought to a very positive conclusion, my breach of employment contract suit against a public entity and their team of attorneys! He has quick, highly experienced l...egal intelligence in combination with an honest, logical attitude that excludes grandstanding.
