I am disappointed in their communication, timeliness, and responsibility. I have reached out to their team several times through the end of December, and all of my calls went to voicemail. Additionally, my voicemail was never returned. In early January, I finally got a hold of someone on the phone..., and schedule an initial consultation the next day at noon. At 3PM, they had asked me push the call back to the next day. With no communication whatsoever prior to the delay, and no explanation for why the call was pushed back, their actions have lost my faith in their ability to handle my case.
