Working with this law office was an extremely disappointing experience. Over a period of three months, they failed to make any meaningful progress on my case. Despite promising on three separate occasions to provide a to-do list and instructions, they never followed through. Additionally, they neglec...ted to file the substitution of attorney with the court, even after more than two months of purported "service." These failures caused significant delays to my case and created numerous complications. The only notable action they took was charging the entire $5,000 retainer for questionable time entries. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this law office and would not work with them again.

In December of 2022 I retained Michel Huff to handle a case in which a Costco tire center released my car to an unknown person under suspicious circumstances. An out-of-court settlement with Costco was the goal. Other than the initial phone call, after paying him a $5000 retainer, I never again he...ard back directly from him. I had several phone conversations with his PI, and some messages on his Clio website. Between February 2023 and April 2023 I phoned Huff's office three times to ask for a status report. Each time I was told my message would be passed along. Each time I did not receive any communication from Mr. Huff or his office, and was told that he was very busy. This pattern led me to believe that my case was being ignored. So, I phoned his office and told them so, and asked for a refund of my retainer. They did issue me a check, and an itemized statement listing services rendered and their cost of which were deducted from my refund. The problem is that I was never informed that these services had been performed. Had I known that they were actually doing something, I may not have released Huff. Based on my experience with this attorney I would not recommend him.

I want to start by stating we really liked everyone we dealt with even though we didn't end up needing these services. We reached out in a panic on a Saturday and got an answer that same day. A reasonable process was explained. We acted in accordance and by Monday an appointment was set for a cons...ultation. Everyone we spoke to was reassuring and kind. When you're facing legal troubles the last thing you want is to be talked down to. As we gained insight on our circumstances we ended up not needing the services. But If I ever find myself in this situation again, theirs will be the first number I call.

We hired Attorney Huff when my child had violated probation with underlying felonies. My child was facing a serious prison term. It was a very frightening time. Attorney Huff convinced the judge to reinstate the probation and give my child a chance at building a healthy and productive life. H...e even went above and beyond to connect us with the right people to get my child into a residential program for rehabilitation. Not only did he fight for us and prevail in court, he gave us courage and peace of mind. He kept us from feeling desperately lost in unfamiliar territory. While this was such a scary and trying time we are so grateful to have had Attorney Huff as our champion and advocate. I highly recommend his services to anyone considering on hiring him.
