Dan Leathers, my attorney, was able to obtain a reasonable settlement in a product liability case. The case was against a company for marketing a medical device that was not approved by the FDA to use in the manner it was used on me. This device was used in my fusion surgery and caused permanent in...juries that will most likely cause pain for the rest of my life. I will never be able to thank Dan enough for giving me the feeling that thru my lawsuit, the medical device company will change their marketing procedures and hopefully no one else will suffer from the damages their medical device caused me. MR. LEATHERS COMFORTED ME AND TOLD ME TO PROCEED WITH THE REVISION AND HE WOULD HANDLE ALL THE NECESSARY DETAILS TO SEE THAT I WAS JUSTLY COMPENSATED FOR HAVING TO GO THROUGH ALL I WAS EXPERIENCING. HE DID PUT MY MIND AT EASE AND TOLD ME TO CONCENTRATE ON THE SURGERY AND GETTING MYSELF WHOLE AND WELL AGAIN. ANYTIME I CALLED MR.
