I cannot express enough gratitude to Thomas Fleming for everything he has done to help me. A little background on my case. I was arrested and charged with a DUI back in January of 2018. I had a .23% BAC! I was very scared, worried, and nervous about my situation. With my BAC being that high I was fea...rful I would lose my license for an extended period of time and have many many months of weekly DUI school to attend. >From the first time I talked to Mr. Fleming I knew I found the person I was looking for. In the end Thomas Fleming pulled off something amazing! He was able to get my .23% DUI charge found NOT GUILTY. He got it reduced to a Wet Reckless with Helmandollar (Verdict of Not Guilty). So Instead of large fines, losing my license, having to go to DUI school for 9 months, and having a DUI on my record; I ended with no fines, no license suspension, no DUI on my record, and no in person DUI school. When I saw his ad and he explained that the processes was a negotiation, I knew I had the right guy and gave him a call. After speaking with him he help calm my nerves and gave me hope. I didn't finish the program and probation was recommending the court to throw the maximum sentence back at me that's when I had to call him for the 2nd Time.
