I cannot express enough gratitude to Thomas Fleming for everything he has done to help me. A little background on my case. I was arrested and charged with a DUI back in January of 2018. I had a .23% BAC! I was very scared, worried, and nervous about my situation. With my BAC being that high I was fea...rful I would lose my license for an extended period of time and have many many months of weekly DUI school to attend. >From the first time I talked to Mr. Fleming I knew I found the person I was looking for.
