Thomas represented me this past year when I was facing some very serious charges. I found him because of his reviews on YELP and was the first person I called. He answered right away. I was in a panic about what to do and he immediately put me at ease. He was empathetic and understanding and confi...dent that he could help me. It wasn't in an egotistical way or like he was trying to sell me something. I actually felt like he cared. He managed my case for about a year and a half and was able to get 3 felony charges reduces to diversion. During the time we communicated over my case until the charges were dismissed, he was responsive, honest, transparent and encouraging. On my last court date, before we went in, he said he was praying for me and that the judge would dismiss the case. I thought wow...this guy really cares! I could go on and on about that but I feel confident in speaking to Thomas's character. He is a man of his word. His education speaks for itself and he truly has a gift and talent at what he does. He gives back to the community and educates others. He is self reflective and does what he does because he genuinley cares about all people and advocates for those that might otherwise get lost in the system. It was visible when in the courtroom that he is well respected by his peers and the judges. Definitely someone you want on your side!

I cannot explain how grateful and thankful I am for Thomas Fleming. He is the absolute BEST LAWYER I have ever met, let alone the most honest and transparent. I spent days researching and speaking with several lawyers in the surrounding Bay Area (calling roughly 15). Many of whom, were very doubtf...ul about the situation I was in, but also very pushy to get me to sign the retainer. Thomas was very empathetic and understanding throughout the process and he offered unbiased and honest advice. I can honestly say he saved my career and truly had my back every step of the way. He was always responsive and very professional for all of my questions that I would email him regarding. On February of 2016 I was pulled over and booked for a 2nd DUI along with enhancements to make the situation even more dire. My alcohol level was 0.15 BAC which was also a huge hurdle to climb along with the 2nd DUI charge. The impact of this on my record would have had severe negative consequences with regards to my profession and most certainly would have caused me to lose my job. I was scared, anxious, and sick to my stomach about the thought of what could happen. Thomas was able to have my charges reduced to a Wet and Reckless and enter a Helmandollar plea of Not Guilty for the enhancements. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to have Thomas by my side as he is a true professional in every sense of word. Generally, I do not write reviews, but I had to create an Avvo account and write a review for Thomas Fleming. This guy saved me. My story: I am a boring, law-abiding citizen. The closest run-in I had with the Law is getting a ticket for running a red light years ago. I have never even gotten... a speeding ticket. One day, I had a few drinks with friends at my usual watering hole and made the mistake of driving. I didn’t drink a lot, felt perfectly fine, and lived literally less than a mile away. I was pulled over for making an illegal U-Turn at a light. Keep in mind, I lived in the same area for a few years and have never noticed that “No U-Turn” sign. I felt I passed the field sobriety test and took a breathalyzer. I scored a .08. The two officers looked at each other after my breathalyzer because they knew I passed the field sobriety test. I was then handcuffed and taken to the Station for a DUI. At the Station, I took the more accurate Intoxilyzer and scored a .07. I knew I was not drunk. The officer still charged me. After the ordeal, I was in a panic the following day and began researching for lawyers to help with my case and that was when I found Thomas. One phone call with him and I knew I had to hire him. Thomas was emphatic, confident, and re-assuring. Talking with him immediately put me at ease. He explained to me the situation and the next steps. Based on the information I provided him, he was confident that he would be able to get my case dismissed. The first thing he did was address my hearing with the DMV APS. This enabled me to get my license back. Next, he contacted the DA and was able to dismiss my case like he originally stated. He’s a man of his word. At the end of the day, I made a mistake. A truly stupid mistake that I will not be repeating again. With Thomas’ help, he made sure that I was not crucified for it. He saved me and definitely made my 2017. THANK YOU THOMAS, YOU ROCK!

I cannot fathom how thankful I was to have Thomas as my defender, I was referred to him from my friends who were also his clients and heard wonderful things. I had to face a misdemeanor for reckless driving. I didn't qualify for a public defender so I called him up and talked to him on the phone. He ...was very comforting to talk on the phone, since this was my first criminal offense, I was scared. His tone was confident and assuring which speaks volume to anyone reading this. He's not the cheapest attorney or most expensive, but the price you pay for him to represent you is priceless. Don't waste your money going to some attorneys that mailed you brochures in your mail box, do it right the first time and go to him you won't regret it. With that said, he brought my misdemeanor of a reckless driving to an infraction of not obeying a traffic sign on a PRIVATE ROAD. That is what I call a miracle worker. Thomas is now my go-to and will always refer him to anyone that needs an attorney in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything!

Last Thursday was one of the happiest day of my life. Over a year ago, I was arrested for an alleged DUI of 0.14%. This is pretty much double the legal limit. I called Thomas after having read all very good reviews on YELP. I was frantic the time this happened and he immediately told me to not ...worry and that I was in good hands. He kept on reassuring me that everything will be ok. He's been very patient in handling my case. After numerous attempts at the courthouse, he was able to only get me a wet reckless which means NO DUI! Can you believe that? He just did something impossible possible.
