I have really been thinking a lot about the past and how you helped me so much. I have heard some not so good stories of lawyer representation in my weekly DUI class. I want to thank Thomas for his efforts & faith. With my dui case of having over .10% BAC (well above the legal limit), Thomas was able to talk to the DA & got the DA to dismiss my criminal DUI case. For the DMV case, we actually went to trial with DMV at a DMV hearing. Thomas hired an Forensic ...toxicologist expert to testify that the BAC must have been lower than the legal limit. With a BAC that high, the odds were against me. However, after the trial, the DMV hearing officer found me NOT guilty ! I received two miracles in a row.
