In one of the worst episodes of my life, I faced a very serious second-time DUI charge with a high BAC which could easily have resulted in jail time, and to make matters worse, I had to face it from out-of-state as I live in a different state. I am a law-abiding person, and I had the bad luck of getting arrested on the suspicion of DUI in Oakland.
