A native of Los Angeles, California, Mr. Koblin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Cellular and Developmental Biology from UC Santa Cruz before going on to earn his MBA from Loyola Marymount University Los Angeles College of Business Administration. Subsequently, Mr. Koblin attended law school at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California where he was on the Dean's Honor List for both the 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 academic years.
During law school, Mr. Koblin volunteered for the Conflict Resolution Center, where he worked first hand with low income individuals from the Los Angeles community, providing them access to justice through alternative dispute resolution forms such as mediation, conciliation and facilitation services. It was through this experience that Mr. Koblin experienced firsthand how rewarding utilizing his legal training could be in working with individuals directly in solving some of their legal problems.
Wanting to continue to utilize his legal training to work with individuals to make a difference in their lives, Mr. Koblin subsequently clerked for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office in both the Major Crimes and Hard Core Gang Units, providing support to prosecutors in all aspects of case preparation, prosecution, and investigation. Although at times this proved to be an emotionally demanding position, Mr. Koblin knew from then on that utilizing his legal training to work directly with people to help them in their lives was how he wanted to spend his career.
After law school, Mr. Koblin relocated to Northern California, where he continued his trend of public service. Mr. Koblin is an active member of the Alameda County Bar Association and regularly volunteers with the Alameda County Superior Court in family law, on the self-represented litigant days at the Hayward Hall of Justice. Mr. Koblin is a two time recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services in Family Law by the State Bar of California.
Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Koblin loves to travel and is an avid landscape and nature photographer. Beyond travel, Mr. Koblin enjoys remaining physically active and is a first degree black belt in Yoshukai Karate.

Awesome Staff and Lawyer
When the legal outcome is not what clients hope for, it can be easy to leave a negative review. I know this firsthand, as our initial outcome was not in our favor. This was not due to any fault of Mr. Koblin or his team; it was simply the way the case unfolded. Mr. Koblin is a true professional, w...
