Biography
Jennifer is a Partner and Immigration Attorney at Dubrovsky Law in San Francisco, CA, focused on U.S. employment and family-based immigration, including temporary nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence (green cards), and U.S. citizenship/naturalization. She is a member of the California Bar Association, the Northern District of California and the American Immigration Lawyer's Association (AILA). She is also a member of the San Francisco bar association.
Jennifer is a published author of two immigration articles, one of which led to receipt of the 2005 national Burton Award for Legal Achievement at the Library of Congress in Washington D.C. Her articles have appeared in the University of Chicago School of Law's Children's Legal Rights Journal and Interpreter Releases, in addition to online publications. Jennifer is routinely invited to speak at universities, business associations and language schools about immigration options.
Jennifer earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco with a Certificate of Specialization in Public Interest Law. She is a Witkin Award recipient in Advanced Legal Research and a CALI Award recipient in Advanced Legal Research, Immigration and Refugee Policy and Appellate Advocacy. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Cultural Anthropology and a Minor in Education from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
