The disputed issues were child visitation, and outstanding debt. Upon becoming involved in the case, I immediately worked with the opposing attorney to try to obtain information about the debt, and cr ... afted a parenting plan which got the parties into counseling to address some of the issues surrounding the child visitation. Ultimately we were able to arrive at an agreed upon judgment which addressed the outstanding debt, as well as a plan which smoothed the previous complications the parties were having surrounding child visitation.
