Trust Assistance

Nancy was wonderful to work with. She explained the process in the right amount of detail. She was easy to understand and respectful. She kept my attention which is saying a lot for me. I would recommend Nancy to anyone who is putting together a trust.

Cynthia, thank you for the great review! I have to chuckle at your comment about keeping your attention. I sometimes joke that estate planning documents are good to read when you have insomnia.

Great Estate Attorney

We found Nancy Rose on line. She is easy to work with and very personable. Planning wills and trusts can be a very depressing affair to have to do, and Nancy was very knowledgeable, and efficient. We enjoyed working with her very much.

The Best Choice

I contacted Nancy for advice on my Aunt's estate. She had recently passed away and, since we are located out of state, needed guidance as to the probate process in California. New TRUST

Nancy Rose helped my family establish a Trust for my grandmother. Nancy did an amazing job during this process. Everything was explained perfectly so it was easy for us to follow along every step of the way. Trust in the trust!

I came to Nancy to get my living trust done. I’d been putting it off because frankly who wants to think about that! Nancy made it easy and comfortable. I know have that off my “to do list” and peace of mind. I had a provision included that was a difficult personal decision and Nancy walked me through... it with compassion and care. I can have peace of mind knowing everyone and everything is taken care of.
