About eighteen months ago, my father passed away. My mother had previously passed away in 2009. The Trust that they created jointly in 2004 was an absolute mess. It had been amended several times by attorneys who didn't practice in this area, and it was extremely confusing. Because of t...he vagueness, it lead to litigation among the beneficiaries. We retained Chris to represent our portion of the Estate. Chris was able to guide us, step by step, through the process of Estate litigation. He was extremely well prepared for depositions and hearings alike.
