Erin Marie Funderburk

Erin Funderburk’s practice concentrates in estate planning, trust administration, and business law.

She graduated from the University of Georgia with a BS in business administration, then received a law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Following a decade working at large law firms and in-house for a company, Erin sought a new environment that fostered a personal, collaborative, and client-centric approach to legal services. Funderburk Law APC was established to assist people with their legal needs. Erin has always wanted to be a client-oriented attorney that helps people.

Erin realizes that each individual and business is unique, and the one-size fits all approach adhered to by many law firms is flawed. She works closely with her clients to understand their unique obstacles, hopes, fears, and overall goals.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys exploring the outdoors and traveling. She is an avid hiker, skier, and is even known to do a little rock-climbing now and then. She can frequently be found with her dog on the hiking trails in San Diego or skiing with her family in Mammoth, California.
