Trust, Will, Advance directive, power of attorney

I hired Nacy Rose to redo my trust as it was an AB trust from 1991. After several consultations, she chose to redo the whole trust and other documents as both my husband had died in 2013 and my son died in May of 2021. She was so patient and explained every detail to me. I would highly recommend her... for trusts, wills and the other end of life documents.

Great Work!

I was very pleased with the work and assistance provided by Nancy with setting-up my revocable trust and will documents. Nancy compiled it all into a well-organized package and clearly identified what I needed to do and when.

Exceptional to work with and made a difficult task easy!

I first want to say that my husband and I put off doing this for so many years. We hired Ms Rose because she made the process so straightforward, undaunting, and non intimidating. Her ability to speak” laymen's “ language and evaluate our opportunities were seamless. She led us along a path to ...look at our long term plan that made sense to us and allowed us options that she explained every outcome for. Thank you Ms Rose, for without you I can honostly say we would still be will less!

Best Experience setting up our Will & Trust

We are grateful to Nancy Rose for all she has done for us! We had been putting off the task of setting up a Will for what seemed like forever.
