Trust, Will, Advance directive, power of attorney

I hired Nacy Rose to redo my trust as it was an AB trust from 1991. After several consultations, she chose to redo the whole trust and other documents as both my husband had died in 2013 and my son died in May of 2021. She was so patient and explained every detail to me. I would highly recommend her... for trusts, wills and the other end of life documents.

Great Work!

I was very pleased with the work and assistance provided by Nancy with setting-up my revocable trust and will documents. Nancy compiled it all into a well-organized package and clearly identified what I needed to do and when.

Excellent Process and Result

I asked Nancy to do my family trust because I knew she had the expertise to develop an estate plan for a complex family situation. She was thoughtful and compassionate and was able to address issues in a blended family in a way that gave my husband and me confidence that we had achieved what we neede...d to do. Nancy fully lived up to her excellent reputation.

Nancy made it so easy for me.

Nancy & I reconnected before the death of my husband. She was then by my side, after he passed, supporting me thru legal & financial decisions, as a friend, lawyer and accountant. She supported me in moving forward immediately with my own will & a family trust. Nancy made it so easy for me. Her knowl...edge of the process and ability to relate on my level was what I needed at that time. Since then she has kept me up to date in changes in the law that relate to me. I highly recommend Nancy Rose for your legal needs!
