Jonathan P Lyvere

I first met Jonathan when I scheduled a consultation over a year ago. I appreciated how he was straight forward with me and answered all of my questions clearly. What I really liked was that he wasn't focused on getting me to hire him, and advised me to try to work out an agreement with my ex before ...taking things to court. Jonathan explained that court was always an option, but it was the most expensive and should be used as a last resort. Unfortunately, my ex was unreasonable and I hired Jonathan a few months later. I was as impressed with Jonathan in the courtroom as I was in his office. Never showy, Jonathan treated everyone with respect, but made sure that my case was made effectively. My case is over now, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Hopefully I'll never need to use him again, but it is comforting to know that he is there.

I had been dealing with a very malicious ex and her lawyer who were dragging me back to court every couple of months to try and squeeze every dollar out of me that they could. Something didn't seem right about the numbers so (finally!) I had enough and looked for an attorney. Not only was Mr. Lyvere ...able to correctly calculate support (it turns out it had been incorrectly calculated by my ex's attorney, surprise surprise), reducing my payments to what was fair, but after all of the dust settled.....silence from the other side. It has been 6 months and not a peep from the ex or her attorney. If you feel like you are being taken advantage of and you want someone who is fair and on your side, Mr. Lyvere is the man.
