I was in a car accident that left me and my husband injured. Shortly after this accident I was referred to Mark by a family member. I am very happy I contacted Mark. He made the process a lot easier and helped guide me in the right direction. I am incredibly grateful for all the help he provided and the continued support he's provided even after the settlement was complete. I highly recommend Mark, he's incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent, understanding and informative. He anticipated a lot of questions I had and made sure that my health and the health of my husband was taken care of first. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer.

I am very happy and grateful I secured Mr. Cohen as my attorney. He is incredibly insightful and understood the area of expertise his service was needed in. When calling his staff greets kindly and courteously. Mark himself is responsive and well-versed in his practice. I am very satisfied!

The contact phone number posted on his website was wrong 1 year ago, I brought it to his attention, & it is still wrong. I should have stopped there. When I did find a good phone number for him, I got a pool receptionist who screens calls for many attorneys. I could never reach him directly: the best he would do is call me back in response to an email. Even after payment of a retainer, he did not provide a cell phone number where clients could reach him directly. I later learned this is especially important in admin law where things change quickly. Worst of all, I gave him, at his request, a list of dates when I would not be available to attend a hearing [only 1 day every other month], yet he allowed the other side to calendar that very date without objection. So I went elsewhere.

Mark Paul Cohen’s response: “For the entire 33 years I have practiced law I have made it a point to be available and responsive to my clients. That is one of the reasons why I have had a successful law practice all these years. Contrary to what this reviewer seems to claim, all my clients are provided my phone number and email address which is also readily available by a simple internet search as well. I do not know who this reviewer is and this person refuses to identify him/herself. I therefore, am at a disadvantage in responding to this reviewer's complaints. I can say however, that I always clear any potential hearing dates with a client first. It would not make sense to do it any other way. This reviewer's claimed experience is entirely contrary to how I conduct my law practice.”
