The contact phone number posted on his website was wrong 1 year ago, I brought it to his attention, & it is still wrong. I should have stopped there. When I did find a good phone number for him, I got a pool receptionist who screens calls for many attorneys. I could never reach him directly: the best... he would do is call me back in response to an email. Even after payment of a retainer, he did not provide a cell phone number where clients could reach him directly. I later learned this is especially important in admin law where things change quickly. Worst of all, I gave him, at his request, a list of dates when I would not be available to attend a hearing [only 1 day every other month], yet he allowed the other side to calendar that very date without objection. So I went elsewhere.
