Mr Preddy and I had a consultation where he really impressed me so I hired him to handle my case. We spoke again about how to proceed and he said he would write a demand letter to initiate the process, a basic commonplace task for a lawyer in this field. For over a month after we spoke there was ...no letter, and my emails and phone calls were ignored. Zero communication from Mr Preddy or his office, after multiple phone calls, voicemails and emails. In the end this was as if I did nothing for a month and a half, on an issue that is time sensitive. I wish he had at least told me he did not want to work on the case, there are many lawyers in the Bay Area.

Mr. Preddy, is a very honest lawyer, so worth your money, keeps you posted on everything. When an issue arises he is on the end of the phone to walk you through it, so you don't feel lost or alone when its an issue out of your control. Highly recommend him and is law firm. Used him in 2006-2007 we wa...lked out happy with the out come. Hired him again 2012-2013 same thing excellent, he represents 2 other family members that are just as satisfied as we are.
